Data deletion

You can delete the data PLANY PROMO has collected from your connected accounts (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), or your whole Account, at any time.

Disconnecting a platform account

1. Sign in to PLANY PROMO and open Settings → Connected accounts.
2. Click “Disconnect” next to the service – we delete the access token and stop collecting data.
3. You can also revoke access on the platform: Google – myaccount.google.com/permissions; Facebook and Instagram – Settings → Apps and websites → PLANY PROMO → Remove; TikTok – Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions.

Deleting your data and Account

E-mail kontakt@planypromo.pl from your Account e-mail address asking us to delete the data from your connected accounts or your whole Account. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by e-mail. We keep only data we are legally required to retain (e.g. accounting records).
